Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Iron Signal Labs, LLC ("we", "us"), the operator of PropertyCadence, collects when you use
PropertyCadence, how we use it, and the choices you have. PropertyCadence is a tool for property-management and community-association management companies
to draft, approve and publish social media content.
No resident personal information. The service is for marketing content only. Do not enter residents' or owners' personal information such as names, unit numbers, contact details, account balances or violation records.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, company name and password (stored as a salted hash).
- Business profile — specialty or services, audience, city/state, brand-voice notes and posting preferences you enter.
- Content — posts, captions, hashtags and images generated or edited in the app.
- Connected social accounts — when you connect Instagram or Facebook, we receive an access token, your Facebook Page ID and name, and your Instagram business account ID. Access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).
- Billing information — handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription IDs; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) used for security and troubleshooting.
How we use information
- To generate draft posts and images that match your company and voice.
- To publish the posts you approve to the Instagram and Facebook accounts you connected, at the times you choose.
- To send account emails (password resets, publish notifications, billing notices).
- To bill your subscription and to secure and improve the service.
We do not sell your information and we do not use your content to advertise to you or anyone else.
Data from Meta (Instagram & Facebook)
We use the Instagram Graph API and Facebook Pages API only to publish content you have approved and to identify
which Page/Instagram account to publish to. We do not read your followers, messages or other users' data. You can
disconnect at any time from Settings, which deletes the stored token immediately; you can also remove
PropertyCadence from your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the service, under their own privacy and security terms:
- Google Cloud — hosting, database, image storage, and AI image generation (Gemini on Vertex AI) (United States).
- Anthropic — AI text generation from your business profile, voice settings and prompts.
- fal.ai — optional alternative AI image models, only when you choose one.
- Twilio SendGrid — transactional email.
- Stripe — payments and subscription management.
- Meta — publishing to Instagram and Facebook on your behalf.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is open. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from
Settings → Delete account; deletion is immediate and permanent, and any active subscription is canceled.
See Data Deletion for details. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis within 30 days.
Stripe retains billing records as required by law.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and social access tokens are encrypted at rest. Each customer's data is isolated
from every other customer's at the database layer.
Children
PropertyCadence is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
If we make material changes we'll update this page and notify account holders by email.
