Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Iron Signal Labs, LLC ("we", "us"), the operator of PropertyCadence, for use of the PropertyCadence service. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

PropertyCadence uses AI to draft social media posts and images for your company, lets you review and approve them, and publishes approved posts to social accounts you connect. Features vary by plan as described on our pricing page.

2. You approve everything that's published

Nothing is published without your approval. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing every post and for ensuring it complies with your legal and professional obligations (including Fair Housing advertising rules, community-association law and the licensing rules for community association managers). PropertyCadence does not provide legal, insurance, tax or financial advice.

3. No resident personal information

The service is for marketing content only. Do not enter residents' or owners' personal information such as names, unit numbers, contact details, account balances or violation records.

4. Your account

Keep your login secure and give us accurate information. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your company.

5. Connected accounts

You authorize us to publish approved content to the Instagram and Facebook accounts you connect, and you remain responsible for complying with Meta's terms. You can disconnect at any time.

6. Subscriptions and billing

• New accounts get a free trial. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled.
• You can cancel any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. We don't provide refunds for partial months except where required by law.
• If a payment fails we'll retry it; if it still can't be collected, publishing may be paused.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes apply at your next renewal.

7. Your content

You own the content you create with PropertyCadence, including generated posts once you approve them. You give us a limited license to store, process and publish it solely to provide the service.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use the service for anything unlawful, misleading, harassing or infringing, to spam, or to interfere with the service or other customers. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep PropertyCadence running but don't guarantee uninterrupted service; social platforms may also change or limit their APIs. We may update features over time.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost clients or revenue.

11. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth/State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
